  The first package when I received it from the USPS did not have anything in it! Due to item might have fell out of the package during shipping. But I called the company and explained what happened. They sent me another package and it arrived with the item inside. The company may good and I like to thank everyone involved thank you!

  i received the starter and installed it and it failed. i contacted the seller and was promptly sent a return label for an exchange. i have not received the replacement yet. will keep you posted.
