    I ordered 5 bowls from the seller that match my current set. When she was prepping it for shipping, she noticed the edge of one of the bowls was chipped. She immediately refunded me the cost of the bowl and shipping for one bowl (even though I bought five) and let me know the issue. Communication was fast and clear. She was professional and generous (she sent the fifth bowl for me to do as I wished.) Be confident that even if there are problems with your order, she will take care of you!

    My order arrived quickly. It had been very carefully packaged so as to avoid any damage in the shipping process. This is probably my favorite Jim Shore Easter basket and even better than described. Communications with this seller were amazing...some of the very best I've encountered in MANY years of buying on eBay! I would buy from this seller again in a heardbeat! A+++++

    Package arrived with Adam Anatole safely around 1pm. Nicely packed. Papers unbent. Outfit was cleaned and probably ironed! In very good condition as stated by seller. Adam is happy to finally arrive and get a big hug! Thank you, to the seller, who was willing to take $10. off the price, making him affordable for me! Also, I think due to cheaper s/h costs, the seller was able to reimburse $5+ to me, a bonus!
