The item was packaged carefully with insulated bubble wrap in a shipping box. The Rolex box, watch, tag, paperwork and warranty card were all included. Everything was perfect and in new condition. The watch is gorgeous. All this, not to mention a beautiful watch at a reasonable price. Thank you.
