    As described. Quickly shipped. Good packaging. No issues with seller. However, tracking of FedEx shipping on their website was terrible. Item showed "Out For Delivery from Saline MI" on three (3) consequtive days. What has happened to FedEx service levels? UPS, and even USPS, tracking is far more accurate.

    These people are super nice to work with. I made a mistake and ordered a "performance" system that was louder than I wanted. They helped me pick something closer to my original intent, made the return of the unwanted system easy, explained an answered every question and concern I had really quickly.     The seller shipped fast and the price was reasonable. THE DELIVERY WAS TERRIBLE, THE PACKAGES WERE LEFT IN THE RAIN AT THE EDGE OF THE PORCH WHEN THE COVERED PORTION OF THE PORCH WAS ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY
