    The extinguisher was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Seller went the extra mile to make the sale despite some technical problems with shipping/tariffs (all ebay's fault, the seller was helpful and very responsive). The item was shipped very quickly and packaging was great. I'm a very pleased buyer and would definitely do business with the seller again!

    Very happy with the purchase. The Swan eyedropper arrived faster than expected, even with international shipping, and was packaged with care. It came exactly as described—with both original boxes and servicing documents—and is in remarkable shape for its age. A lovely item I plan to enjoy and care for for another hundred years. Great value, highly recommend this seller.

    Thanks to the seller who packed perfectly, the item arrived undamaged, despite all the efforts of Yodel who smashed half of the box and deposited in “your safe place”, the rubbish bin. Unfortunately the buyers cannot pick the delivery company. I hate Yodel, I complained several times against their rubbish-bin-safe-place policy, but doesn’t helped. I lost all my joy because of the delivery.

    Accurate description. The napkin ring arrived in beautiful polished condition and was very carefully wrapped and packed. Postage was reasonable and delivery time was good. Based on this experience, I would recommend this seller for reliability and value and quality of items for sale.

    Delivered on the day of purchase by this very kind seller. Wrapped and packed nicely to avoid any damage. I am very impressed with the condition of this teapot considering its age, and it is far and away better than described and shown - fantastic value for a piece I have wanted for a long time. Very impressed, indeed!
