  The item is still in transit, but that is what I want to give a 5 star for... the transit! Michele moved mountains to get us the item after we ran into some obstacles on our end. She moved the darn heavy thing several times to different locations and ended up arranging transport herself. The communication was great and she kept pushing through the set backs! thank you Michele!! and I am sorry that it was such a hassle!! 10 Star!!

  A little confusion at first from a slight delay but the seller quickly responded and apologized and sent the item out immediately with an extra free item of the same thing that I purchased. So 2 for the price of 1. Great seller with great communication.

  Ordered on July 25th no communication or shipment for over a week until I reached out and said it would be shipped the next day then more days went by they cancelled the order on Aug 7th with some lame excuse.
