  Strange things. UPS tracking said my item had been delivered to me. I was positive that it had not as I was home at the time it showed delivery was made. Contacted vendor and he discovered that the item had actually been returned to him. Problem was handled professionally and a refund was promptly issued. You can’t ask for more. Thanks hk

  I order a a 64 oz tub of Fireproof Cement, which I received open and spilled all over the box. I sent the seller a message with photos to that fact and asked for a return label so I can return the useless hardend product. This is their reply: We wanted to assure you that we shipped your package in a brand new sealed condition. As you mentioned, the tub was not protected. we will assure you that it was not our mistake and was not happened from our end it was mistake of the carrier.
