    The tie quality, condition, value and appearance are all good, arriving well packaged and in a timely manner. Buyers NOTE!: the tie is MUCH darker than pictured online. Fortunately, I can still use it, but would have preferred it as pictured online. Seller could improve in photo accuracy of products offered. With modern phones, that should not be a problem.

    Item turned out to be damaged prior to shipping so seller refunded my money. I've been purchasing ties from this seller for just under a year now and continue to be impressed with their quality product, excellent value, and superior customer service.
