  Described as new in the ad, came with a broken box, a scratched cleaner, and was missing a part that should have been included. I contacted the seller, who said he would accept the return. I then asked about the shipping method, as the ad stated that he would cover the return shipping. Now he has ignored my message. I can't return it and will have to spend more money to buy the part.

  Unfortunately I did not receive your request about returning the item, I will still accept the item free shipping, Ebay will provide you with a label if you follow the return instructions. Once received I will send your money back. The box wasn't missing any parts however, we apologize if it seemed as such in the ad. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
