  I ordered a PC case and made a mistake with the address. HotSpot Palace was responsive over eBay chat and not only helped resolve the issue, but also covered the $25 fee that was needed to change the address to fix my mistake. This experience was not smooth (due to me) but HSP was friendly and helpful regardless which I really appreciated. I recommend this seller.
