  Item new as described. Puzzle box was not shipped in another box, just in a thin plastic wrapping. Package was a bit worn through on corner but fortunately puzzle box was not damaged.

  Shipping took 28-days from purchasing to delivery despite being mailed within the USA. I’ve had deliveries from AleExpress arrive sooner from China. Packaging was well done. Foam packing front and back. I was willing to wait for delivery as I needed the outdoor temperature sensor for the same weather station. I just wished they shipped it USPS Flat Rate instead of how it went. Took 28-days to get to me. But it finally arrived and it works perfectly.

  Excellent Ebay Business! In 20+ years of purchasing glassware from extra thick to incredibly fragile, this Business Owner's packaging topped all other purchases! Each glass was individually placed with protective wrap, then placed within additional packaging I have not seen before; that kept each glass with extra protection. It was Incredible! So pleased with your professionalism, great business sence, excellent service and great customer communication! Thank you!
