    Shipping was quick, item was in perfect condition and as described. I appreciated that the box was inside a mailer so that it didn't get wet sitting on my porch during the rainy season. Very happy with the purchase and price.

    Shipping took extremely long... arrived over 10 days past expected delivery date. With that being said, the seller accepted my offer. And the item was exactly as described. I actually received the original box which I didn't know was included.

    Item was described as Open box, unused. it looks great, however it had been previously used. Seller said he must have sent the wrong item and if I sent it back he would send the correct item. I asked for a partial credit and Seller would only allow me to send it back for a full refund, big hassle and I don't trust him to send the correct item. I just want a partial credit of $25, as I don't find him trustworthy to actually send the correct item, He has now gone silent, zero communication.

    We never stated we shipped the incorrect item. Many times we stated you received the correct item in new condition, and you said there were no cosmetic signs of use. Any time you stated you were unhappy with the item, we offered return, You then demanded 50% partial credit, and we stood by returning the item. We had to block you due to daily messages threatening bad feedback unless we refunded you.
