    This dvd/hdd arrived swiftly packaged well arrived in great condition. The quality and value for money is well every penny. Sellers communication with questions that I had was met with a quick and positive response throughout. Appearance of the unit is in excellent condition a new replacement remote, figure 8 lead also an HDMI lead to top it off. In minutes it is connected to your TV. Great job, recommended seller.

    Item arrived clean , in good condition and in good time, by the day suggested. It was very well packed in a tall cardboard box. All parts expected were present and as the advert said. I thought the price was very good especially as Shark no longer seem to stock the head on its own. Thanks

    The item bought were not tested as described in the description. They were also used items so, I accepted this when buying. The sellers was completely honest in this purchase, exceptionally well packaged plus free postage and a recommended seller. The price asked was I thought a reasonable amount and the quality as described by the seller was clearly stated. Explaining there were cosmetic marks attributed to fair wear and tear.

    Arrived in good condition - exactly as described. The camera was carefully packaged to prevent damage. Would have arrived two days early if Royal Mail hadn't messed up the delivery but this is not the fault of the seller! Thanks! :)
