  The Seller shipped to someone else, because EBAY told the Seller a wrong address. The wrong address was for a previous ebay purchase of mine, a couple months ago, and that wrong address remained in ebay's database, incorrectly. EBAY'S AUTOMATIC PROCESSING IS TO BLAME for sending the shoes NOT TO ME. Seller refuses to help fix the issue in any manner.
