  seller did his part, well described and shipped quickly by seller. USPS experience as it frequently does made a fiasco out of the delivery on both ends and it took forever to reach me. With this happening more and more often and with the sales tax, maybe Ebay buying isn't best for me any more. Regardless, Great seller and not his fault in any way.

  The item was not as described was not a vortex scope. It was some offbrand made in China. Very poor value. packaging of the item described, but not the item that was in the box. Shipping was fast, but I will say I did get a refund promptly but other than that, no contact from the seller
