  Didn’t receive item (Post Office fault not sellers) but seller responded quickly and put in a claim quickly. Ended up being refunded but I was happy with the quick responses

  Was quick to ship encoder, but failed to give login credentials. Since support went out of business in 2019 and there is no reset button I was locked out. Reached out to seller and they said they thought they knew of a working support I could contact, but then 2 days passed with no response of how. It seemed I was responsible for fixing the box. They were willing to do a full refund when I made the return request, which I appreciated, but it shows the box was a dud with no way to fix it.

  Item arrived on time however it arrived damages. Handle was broken upon unboxing. Reached out to the seller for resolution but did not receive a response from them. Only negative due to lack of communication and item arriving damages. Should have been packaged better to avoid this
