  Delivered in a timely manner, the seller never responded to any messages I sent. I asked questions about the product that were not in the description before I bought it and they still have not responded. Product was good, just communication was nonexistent. I even tried to call the company and couldn’t get a response.

  Cory was top notch to work with. The part we received was unusable (an axle) because of the way it was removed. I immediately made Cory aware and he responded that he would try to take care of it and replace it. After a week and timely responses, a replacement was not found and he immediately refunded us. In my opinion, this is exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this seller.
