  Super-fast shipping! Item arrived safely packaged and ahead of schedule. This is a new cute little piece that will look great in our village next Christmas. Being this is a Dept 56 item it should be good quality. Seller answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I feel this was fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use this seller again!

  Item exactly as described, excellent and super-quick communication. Received timely and it appeared to be nicely wrapped although the candy cane hook broke off in transit and seller agreed to give me a credit toward my purchase as I did not want the cost and hassle of shipping back to seller. I don't mind super gluing the candy cane back together. Thank you

  Great customer service! First time shopping through Thompsons and won’t be the last. I Will be shopping with them again. I had ordered something and made a mistake on my address and the item got returned and Thompsons took care of me and got it shipped back the next day! The item came in perfect condition and packaged very good. Very pleased all around with my experience.
