  The shipping was prompt from the seller but caught delays in shipping. I messaged the seller and they issued a partial refund which I thought was fair to me. Great communication and packaged in a safe box with plenty of foam and bubble material. Working condition excellent in as described condition. Great value

  Amazing shopping experience. Seller was very responsive and quick to ship once purchased. The item arrived in time and exactly as described and shown in the listing description and photos. I was very happy to see that it was packaged GREAT and worked perfectly after installation.   Item was damaged during shipping so decided not to try to use it, seller decided to just refund rather than pay the cost of return shipping for this heavy item. Seller was very understanding and responded quickly, would definitely buy from them again.
