I unfortunately ordered a case for an iPhone 16 Pro, but needed a case for a 16 Pro Max. Coming from Germany, I thought I could say goodbye to my $45 dollars. The seller, thm24 graciously accepted my request to return and in fact, sent me a prepaid return FedEx label to ensure that I wouldn’t have to pay for return shipping costs.
