  I have been looking 4 this since 2016. My husband put mine in the dryer & melted the fur. I was so excited that I would finally have a new one for Xmas. I realized there was only a week left. The seller was not only super sweet & gave me a amazing price. They went above & beyond to ship same day & make sure I got it in time. It means so much to me.   The seller was very responsive in answering my questions before purchase. Unfortunately the item arrived broken die to mishandling by the carrier and not because the seller had not wrapped it well. We were both disappointed and the return and refund were handled without issue.
