However, once I placed the order the Seller contacted me, gave me the shipping details and the expected delivery day. It went exactly as he said it would. My item, a vinyl record, was packed carefully and for safety and I can’t imagine the process going any more smoothly. It was obvious from the start that the seller truly understands the concept of "Customer Care."

The art was not wrapped to ensure that the glass would not break.The art was shipped in a USPS priority envelope, with minimal wrapping. We payed over $10 for shipping and it was not adequately packaged, which damaged the item.
