    Seller immediately contacted me and advised merchandise, upon review before shipping, had damaged or missing parts, seller offered a replacement of equal value or a full refund. Refund arrived in less than 5 min. Definitely recommend this seller, anyone who operates with honesty and integrity is valued, I appreciate your communication. Thank You

    The dog crate was damaged beyond being usable upon arrival (a broken zipper and a tear in the zipper line). A dog crate has to be able to be closed entirely, obviously. I immediately notified the seller, who seemed to want to help at first. They apologized and said they would send a replacement dog crate, but I never received the crate and the seller stopped replying to my messages. So I paid for an unusable dog crate and nobody is being accountable for this. I do not recommend this company.

    The item was exactly what I expected. Which I should’ve expressed immediately however, they were willing to possibly give me alternatives after I communicated with them however there’s Then no word sense. I can’t rate the item. Because I have not taken out of the package and it’s still in the box. I took one look at it and it was not What I expected from the picture. I would recommend this seller they had great communication skills initially, and I’m hopeful for a follow up.
