Usually when I buy from another country something breaks and I glue it back in place(no big deal) but I was pleasantly surprised that the fairy was packaged carefully and did not break!! Whilst I believe this was partly due to mishandling of the postal service, I contacted the seller who offered me a refund for the item but I still haven’t received anything. A full refund was processed but due to an error, on our side the customer was not refund. We have now refunded the customer in full. We belive in giving great service and good comunication and this time we clearly fell short. We have put in processes to ensure this does not happen again.
