  Although the bag was like the picture, I would have given better feedback had the measurements taken were accurate. This was deceitful, but I learned a big lesson: ASK FOR MEASUREMENTS FROM SEAM TO SEAM. This is a smaller weekender bag and when I asked for measurements, I was given measurements with the bag completely flat and stretched to give its furthermost inch. I would not buy from this seller again due to this. And there are no returns so stuck with it. Shipping and Packaging were good.

  Seller agreed to full refund which was issued within 30 days. Item not as depicted in picture. I demonstrated this with a photograph of the item and its rival, a dress from the same manufacturer made of the same print material but designed to fit differently with a mid-calf length vs knee-length.
