  After direct contact with the seller, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction - they quickly sent out the correct items and we are working to enable me to return the items sent in error. My initial negative review was hasty and given the opportunity, they absolutely made it right. I would buy from them again!

  Byredo does not manufacture products in Türkiye, yet both items I received state "Made in Türkiye" on the packaging. None of the listing’s photographs displayed this information, leading me to believe I was purchasing authentic Byredo products. To further confirm this issue, I contacted Byredo directly, and they informed me that since 2022, all Byredo products have been manufactured in Puig, Spain, and prior to that, they were produced in France. This verifies that these items are counterfeit.

  Follow-up: These products are counterfeit. Byredo confirmed they don’t manufacture, fill, or package anything in Türkiye. The items lacked batch codes and the scent/texture were clearly off. The seller’s replies were misleading and evasive—no proof of authenticity provided. This was a fraudulent sale. Buyers—avoid this seller entirely.

  I have to say that I feel obligated to add this to my original feedback. After I made my complaint, this company apologized within a few hours, refunded the money, and immediately sent the items I originally ordered at no charge! Thank you! I honestly didn’t think their offer was genuine, but surprisingly, it was! You’ve gained a loyal customer from today onward. Thank you!
