  I would rate this seller a 10 star if I could. I ordered from them, they shipped it out very quickly. 13 days later, UPS still hadn’t updated anything, and kept moving the delivery date farther ahead. That was now 18 days ago, and they’re still not admitting they lost it. However, I contacted the seller, and they offered a refund or replacement. They shipped out the replacement as fast as they could, with USPS this time (good move) and I got it in excellent condition. Highly recommend. Thanks!

  I received my order very quickly and very well packaged. They were in great condition and the quality is beautiful. I was really happy with the price and they looked great. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, they were very accommodating and responded right away. I definitely recommend this one especially for anyone new to these, they have a great combination for a beautiful look when combined as well as for individual starters.

  This order came in a timely manner and there were many extras. My only negative is there was nothing in the box for moisture, nothing to indicated there were live plants in the box, and it was 100 degrees here when delivered. Luckily the box was left in shade by a good delivery person.

  alas... the shipment must have experienced freezing temps. it arrived looking like cooked spinach! this is a problem shipping during winter months. seller was responsive. issued a quick and full refund showing their professionalism and responsible nature... kudos to the valley nursery. when the weather is warmer i will order from this seller again. thank you and sorry for the lost revenue.

  I initially received the wrong product, so I contacted the seller. They corrected the mistake immediately, and I soon after received the correct item, which was exactly as described, in excellent condition. In my opinion this deserves two thumbs up. 👍 I would recommend this seller.

  fast shipping, good packaging, and the succulents came already calloused so ready to plant. the only thing i wish was done differently is i would add a list of what you receive. I dont really know succulents yet so its a good chance to learn thank you!!!!
