  I can’t say enough t good things about this seller! The seller is very communicative, helpful and patient. The Hotel Belfour towels I ordered were in PERFECT CONDITION and the price was very competitive. Excellent quality and beautifully packaged. The initial set I ordered was lost in the mail and this seller PROMPTLY sent a second set. The seller has also helped me navigate the EBay website as I am new as a buyer on EBay and unsure how to place orders and re-order. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

  There was some miscommunication between seller and I. And prior to sending the bag, seller mentioned after further investigating, purse has some minor rips/tears. Although they did offer a half off discount and the purse, I opted for a refund instead. Seller met my needs immediately and efficiently. Would do business with seller again! 5/5 customer service.
