  Two-volume book set listed as "very good" but arrived with box ripped and falling apart. Large book plates pasted in each volume. Signs of shelf wear. Seller offered refund...if I paid for return shipping. No apology or explanation for condition of the books. Prompt but unsatisfactory communication. Beware of this seller's assessment of "very good "

  The Bible was in very good condition as described. I do not think that the cover is bonded leather, as stated in the description, but it was still a good buy. It was well packaged and it arrived sooner than originally stated.
