  The rug I received lacks the accuracy and attention to detail the listing picture shows. Once I recived it, i reached out to the seller who said since it is hand-made, no 2 are the same. That information was not in the listing. Also since they are made-to-order, there is an approx. 3 week shipping delay. Again, this information was not stated in the listing. The seller was very responsive to communication

  We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While we believe there were only minimal differences from the listing image, it would have been helpful if a photo had been shared so future customers could see the comparison as well. That said, we understand that expectations can vary, especially when it comes to handmade items. Since each rug is crafted individually by our artisans, slight variations are a part of the handmade process. But we will mention this in our listings.

  These folks are amazing. Communication was superb and the results were stunning. They recreated a pattern from a picture of our old rug and the color match was unbelievable. We are happy beyond words. We negotiated the colors for a few iterations and we're glad we took the time to do so. They were extremely responsive and the results were superior to the quality of the original rug. Kudos to all involved!

  The rug is excellent. I used their superb design, customized the size & changed it to primary colours post-purchase (5x8 for a fee & primary colours). The communication was easy via WhatsApp. The rug is plush, comfortable, and well-made. The colours are vibrant. Delivery was quick, with CAD 70 customs fees & condition was good thanks to being well packaged. I will vacuum a lot for the usual wool rug shedding in the first few months. I would recommend the company and this product.
