  When I ordered this item I added a note to the seller requesting them to send it to me in a sturdy cardboard box to withstand transit as the previous box they sent was thin and flimsy and partially crushed in transit with the items inside also being crushed and unusable. On contacting the seller they said they would send a replacement in a sturdy box...however they didn't do this. After some time I contacted Ebay.ie who issued a refund. This time the seller did not send the items in a sturdy box

  Absolutely brilliant service, less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery. The goods simply packaged but in good condition. Yes value for money. Even though 'out of date', still taste great, up to Tayto high standard.

  This was part of a birthday present for my Dad. They accidentally sent one box instead of two, but when I pointed it out, they were very quick to reply and apologetic - offering me the choice of a refund or the second box sent. I chose the chocolates! Delivery was fast and communication excellent. I would order from them again, despite the initial mixup. Thank you - my Dad is very happy with his delicious chocolate Brazil nuts!
