  First time dealing with this company i had issues but they put it right I think that this company needs to Focus on giving there customers a GOOD overall experience EG There is nothing better than getting a package that is NICELY BOXED and NICELY WRAPPED I never had that Experience As my Jacket came all wrapped up in plastic and the JACKET was all winkled like a screwed up paper bag AND to TOP it of the size was far to SMALL The customers OVERALL EPERIANCE DOES COUNT It all comes down to FOCUSE
