    Fantastic buying experience. Seller was very responsive and open during pre-purchase questioning and during post-purchase timing, shipping, and delivery considerations. Speakers - very large items - shipped upright strapped on a pallet, easing all my concerns regarding the potential for rough handling. Rapid delivery of items in brand new condition. Very happy. Value - brand new and much cheaper than had I purchased locally or from Amazon.

    Seller was extremely professional and prompt. There was a power supply cord missing and a problem with optical port which was handled immediately. They sent me a replacement in less than 48 hours! Unit looked brand new and sound was perfect. The boxes arrived very well packaged and protected. The delivery company beat up one of the boxes pretty bad but the seller protects the equipment extremely well and everything was intact. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying again!!!! Bravo!

    Communication was fantastic. The seller uses XPO Logistics to ship. Here is a free tip. Supposedly XPO didn't deliver to my town and I would have to pick up my speakers about fifty miles away. When my speakers arrived I called XPO to arrange a pickup time and was told they could deliver to my door at no extra cost the next morning, which they did. The driver even called to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The Klipsch Forte's arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller

    Item as described! Appears better then B stock! Was Double boxed. Doesn't even look the original box was ever opened. Was shipped 2 day ups. Was able to sign for delivery through UPS's website a day before it arrived!
