  The glassware was exactly as described and arrived in excellent condition. The packaging kept the glasses secure and was not damaged. Shipping was done quickly and arrived in plenty of time for the holiday season. The total price was very reasonable and much better than going through Replacements.com. I will happily order again from this seller.
