  When I received my order I realized that I ordered the wrong shoes. I contacted the seller and they could not have been nicer. They walked me through the return process and refunded my money immediately upon receiving the return. Unfortunately they did not have the shoes I needed. I would definitely buy from this seller!   These sandals were new in box as described. Quality and price can't be beat. Unfortunately I had to return them, they were too wide for me. As for the seller: Shipping was quick, description perfect, quick to communicate . I ordered the same sandal from this seller in narrow and hope it will fit better.
