    Received the order, two of the four vacuum bags were missing. Contacted the seller. Seller offered a less than fair refund amount. I counteroffered that the seller either provide a fair refund for the missing items or simply provide the missing items. If neither option was possible, I advised I'd be returning the order. The seller was able to provide the two missing bags. All ended well, but the seller made it a less than enjoyable purchase.

    The item was factory sealed, and any missing contents were due to a packaging issue outside of my control. I immediately offered a 50% refund on the item price, and when that wasn’t accepted, I sourced and shipped the missing bags at no cost. I’m a small one person business but took a loss on this sale to make sure my buyer got what they pay for. I handled the situation promptly and respectfully, though the tone of the buyer’s communication was not equally courteous.
