The label was placed on the bottom of the box, so it traveled upside down and arrived completely damaged with the repair parts closely approaching the purchase price. I contacted the seller who informed me they had been having problems with the new person in the shipping department. Seller issued a full refund, so I will be able to make the repairs to the unit. Good seller!

Unfortunately someone left a mouthpiece loose inside the case, left a few dings, but otherwise as described, and they were gracious and accommodated me with an apology and a partial refund. It's a great value and I'm very happy with it.

I messaged the seller with a request to use appropriate packing methods to prevent this from occurring. When the shipment arrived, I was extremely happy to find that they had done just that and to see the item intact, just as described. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to do things properly, even though it requires more time.

Item in decent condition as described, with all discs working and in nice condition. Shipping was fast when shipped. However, pretty pricey especially on some other items. Decent packaging, would of preferred a box with paper filling or bubble wrap, instead of a bubble envelope. Overall, a good experience and would shop again.

It was packed safely and securely. The price was good. Alhough the shipping cost was a bit high, the overall cost was reasonable. I am happy with this purchase.
