Item was as described. Shipping was prompt. UPS misidelivered the package and seller was cooperative with my claim. The missing package was returned to my home several days later by a neighbor and my claim was cancelled. Seller was very cooperative throughout. I would buy from this seller again.

The amplifier is as described and working fine, however, the packaging and handling by Amazon’s shipping service is horrible. The amplifier was wrapped in an old blanket and not in packing material like bubble wrap, paper or foam. The top of the box it came in was crushed in, check the photos. The amplifier was a good value though but for 31 dollars for the shipping it should’ve come better packed and delivered with care by Amazon’s shipping service.

Shipping was very fast, packaging was great and they came exactly as described. The soles of the boots were melting/crumbling, I asked for a partial refund and they gave me a full refund anyways. Thank you. I recommend this seller.
