    First, the seller did a fabulous job communicating that there would be a short delay on delivery as they were traveling. I really appreciated that little courtesy. Second, the item arrived packed in a generous box, wrapped in a protective wrapper, and well cushioned. As this will be a gift, I REALLY appreciated that. The condition and appearance of the VHS tape and its clamshell was exactly as described, including the original protective shrink wrap.
