Therma-Tec thermal gaskets are replacements for the throttle body and/or intake manifold gaskets are laser cut from special high temperature plastic. These are designed to insulate the throttle body and/or intake manifold from the cylinder head. This and bypassing several heat sources significantly reduces the transfer of heat from the head to the intake and incoming air giving you up to 5% more power.

    All as described but just a monor thing in that having ordered early AM on 20th March and paid extra for royal mail first class post, item was not marked as dispatched until 23rd March and did not arrive until 25th March. Otherwise all good. Thank you.

    Seller ignored my messages for more than 2 months; also never answered simple questions. Gasket didn't line up properly; no reply on this, just ignored. The seller has not yet updated the item listing to reflect the item is only compatible with ITB manifolds - despite not saying that in the listing and it also it is a direct OEM replacement. Please have some basic respect for other people's time and money. Very sceptical of the gasket too.. too thin.. I don't even want to resell it to someone...
