Item arrived as described; wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and large cube sized box. I would not say this item was a value because it lacked a protective container but the listing was accurate. The Orvis Battenkill BBS III fly reel, however, did come with nice RIO fly line. Item sold with FREE USPS First Class shipping that took 7 business days to get from Charleston SC to Fort Lauderdale FL.
