  So I didn’t receive my earrings, however after some brief conversation with the seller, they did refund me the purchase price. I’d rather have had the earrings for my event, however, I’m very happy with the integrity of the seller.

  I will never purchase anything else from this seller again. The ring arrived with five stones missing very poorly made. The ring doesn’t look like 4 carats either. The seller had the nerve to offer me 30% of my money back. What poor customer service.!!!!!!! It will cost me more money than I paid for it to send it back. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! l have to pay my jeweler to put the stones in the ring.
