  This is a great company to work with. I received 2 forks in my personal silver pattern at a GREAT price and arrived within days. They company described the pieces exactly as they were. They needed to be polished and when I polished them the pieces look like new. Also, The company shipped both pieces together to save me extra dollars. I could not ask for a better company to work with. THANK YOU!

  REVIEW: Disappointing experience. My original order was canceled with no explanation, then messaged me she found transfer, then added extra $5.71 to the price. Communication went unanswered, slow or vague. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, missing the applicator, and with the product exposed due to a missing cap. I received a refund $5.71 after confronting the price difference, but overall, this showed little care or professionalism. I’ve never had such issues with other IOD sellers.

  We refunded her immediately for the difference. She complained about packaging when it was packaged by the manufacturer IOD. We taped the entire item shut so not sure whey it was missing the cap. Sorry that you were unhappy.
