  I ordered the purse for my daughter's 16th bday. It came & there was an odor(smoke) issue. Reached out to seller and they were responsive, offered solutions, & were willing to make it right. I aired out the bag for several days & was able to get it to where I could gift it. [It may have occured during shipping.] My daughter loves it and that's all that matters. I would order from this seller again! The bag is in great condition and overall matched what the listing said.
