  Great seller. While there was a minor glitch in not everything being sent initially - most likely a screw-up in shipping - it was rectified immediately and the missing bits sent very quickly. Stuff happens and - unless it is happening in ER - it doesn't really matter. What matters is how the vendor responds. Here, the vendor did everything correctly to satisfy the customer. Good job. It is vendors like these that get the repeat business.

  Item arrived ahead of due date, in good packaging. Item is used (as advertised), but clean and in good condition with minimal cosmetic wear (pictures in listing were very good) and no functional damage (cable, plug, cable strain relief, housing, etc all in very good condition). Overall, a very good experience and I recommend the seller.

  The Alienware M15 R4 power adapter was delivered quickly well packages sealed in a bubble wrap. The only issue was the power adapter would not connect properly by stating with a error message that the unknown power adapter was connected. I immediately contacted the seller with this issue. The seller forwarded a full refund immediately.
