The seller promptly looked for the item and when they could not find it, they issued a refund for the missing item. They shipped incredibly quickly and packaged the order well.   Mint Condition as Described! Thank the Lord for the Excellent Packaging, as the UPS driver just left the box on its side, and this set is extremely fragile. Great Communication! This is my 2nd purchase from this seller, and there will be many more to come.

  Our American Girl doll arrived in pristine new condition, just as advertised! Buyer even included a bonus accessory. I wanted a new doll for a birthday present but didn’t like the ones currently for sale on the AG website. This was a great option to get a “vintage” older model doll but still new in box with all the packaging/hair netting. She’s just beautiful.   The item was in mint condition (per the description) and very good quality. The seller thoughtfully packaged it so it was safe during travel and a good value for shipping.   The item was as described and in excellent condition. The seller packaged the doll such that it arrived in perfect condition (better than a doll that I received direct from American Doll!). I would definitely buy from this seller again.
