    USPS took an extra week getting the package delivered. When I reached out to the seller, they were willing to accommodate and make things right, even when it wasn't their error. Fortunately the package was delivered that day, so it wasn't necessary. Still, I appreciate the customer service. Item is in perfect shape, exactly as described. Thank you!

    Item was as pictured and the quality is great and in perfect condition. It looks great on my shoes. The seller was awesome, I ordered the item and after a few weeks it had not arrived, I let the seller know and the responded quickly. I contacted the local post office and after a week still nothing, contacted the seller and they sent me another one even though it was lost by the US postal service. I understood it was not the sellers fault but they still made it right. A++ service!!!!

    When I received my order, it was missing an item. I contacted the seller and was informed there was an error in the listing; however, he agreed to make it right and immediately shipped the missing item. In today’s world of next to non-existent customer service, I so appreciate the seller going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

    The postage was very fast; & the packaging was very well done + the quality was top tier. The condition of the items is unused. The appearance of each item was high quality, without markings, and brand-new. I certainly believe they are worth the value I paid and I will definitely do business again!
