    Shipping speed was ok but packaging was good. Item was just as described and the value was there. I think the shipping cost at $16.65 was ridiculous becauseI know it didn’t cost that much to ship a small little perfume bottle. I would like the seller to reimburse me for the difference between the $16.65 and the actual cost to ship it or I will make it a point to not purchase from this seller again and I buy a lot off eBay. Thank you. Jennifer

    The item was shipped the same day as the offer was accepted! The item came a day earlier than expected. Gilla packed Linus very well and came as described. I’ve repaired a lot of these pieces in the past, so this was a simple repair. I’ve been hoping to get Linus for a while now. Very happy with the price I paid. Thank you!!!

    Packaging could've been a bit better but then again it fit for a plush of this size. Shipping fee was a little painful but again, understandable. Plush was as described and the price was a bit cheaper than past versions I've seen posted. All in all, I rate this an 8/10 experience.

    I was very concerned about my item being damaged during the shipping process, as I had ordered one previously from a different seller and it arrived destroyed. I begged this seller to use extra care in packaging my item, and it came in PERFECT condition. It was clear he went above and beyond in packaging my product with care, and I greatly appreciate it. One of the best eBay experiences I've ever had.
