  Wonderful seller! Readily communicates. This was my first experience buying models that were made too order, and it was a worthwhile learning experience. My order took longer than expected, and some of the feedback on here made me anticipate a hard time getting resolution. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. This fellow was simply dealing with a lot of orders and was overwhelming generous with extras because of the longer wait. The models look awesome and were packed with great care.

  First time buying from the seller and I have to say that I’m not disappoint. The quality of the miniatures are pretty good. The only problem is that my shovel came with a little bit off but besides that it’s top quality.  The seller is very good with communication, My order was past delivery day, and I contacted the seller. They then almost immediately reached out and told me about some issues they were having with orders being backed up. They sent me extra miniatures for compensation.

  Received my order today and I am very happy about it. It arrived well packaged and protected. The miniatures are well printed and are very pristine; little to no cleanup needed. There was a slight hiccup with my initial order but I reached out to the seller and they had things sorted and delivered within a few days. Excellent customer care. Definitely recommend this shop!

  Awesome seller. Excellent product. Much respect for what they do. USPS is really hurting their turn around time and losing their orders. You may want to consider contacting them to negotiate a price for upgraded shipping or a different carrier.

  Always appreciate positive feedback, not sure about the comments in it. Buyer cancelled a week after purchase within the 14 day post processing window. Cancelled before anything was sent.
