  They shipped me the wrong item originally. They answered quickly and provided a return label and shipped the correct item however it took 12 days to receive the correct order which was in my opinion exceptionally long for something that was their fault and I had received the wrong item 5 days after the order. This was my second time buying from this seller, the first time was just fine which is why they get a neutral rating this time.
